My name is Darla Bester, and I tied the knot Sept. 03, 2005. There were so many decisions to make about the wedding: where it was going to be held, who was going to do the catering, live music or a DJ. The one thing I didn’t have to worry about was the photographer. I knew who I wanted to photograph my wedding before I ever got the proposal. It was without a doubt Paul Fialon.
I’ve known Paul and his work for over a decade now, and his talent has only become stronger throughout the years. Being a former art and photography student, it was very important to me that the pictures would see beyond the white dress and tuxedo. Paul is the one and only person I know who is able to capture that kind of artistry on film.
Besides having an eye for the perfect shot, Paul is also very easy to work with. He set my mind at ease by being organized, punctual, reliable and easy to get along with. We were able to give him two contact people (at his request) who would be able to key him in on special people during the reception. Not one memory was missed.
Never afraid to try something new, he even waited patiently while I was hoisted up into a willow tree for some additional shots. The results were absolutely phenomenal. Not only did Paul take all of the traditional posed shots, but all of the artistic shots that we desperately wanted. Every person who has ever seen my wedding pictures has commented on what a beautiful job he did.
In closing, I would like to recommend Paul Fialon Photography to anyone and everyone looking for a professional photographer. Most pictures say a thousand words; Paul’s pictures say a million.
Sincerely,
Darla J. Bester
